Moving Minds is a private, invite-only reflection service. This notice explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

Who operates this service

Moving Minds is a private, invite-only service. It is currently in closed beta and not open to the public.

What we collect

• Your name and email address
• Your responses to the onboarding questions (values, goals, current situation)
• Your weekly reflection responses
• Metadata about your participation (schedule preference, program progress)

How your data is used

Your reflections are used solely to generate personalised coaching letters sent to you by email. No data is sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for any other purpose.

Who can see your data

The administrator does not see reflection texts by default. In some rare cases, the operator may access raw data if needed for maintenance or debugging.

Third-party processors

• Anthropic — your reflection text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the coaching letter. Anthropic processes data under their privacy policy.
• Resend — coaching letters are delivered via Resend's email infrastructure. Resend processes data under their privacy policy.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on a virtual private server located in the EU. Backups are retained for 14 days.

Your rights

You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting the service operator directly. All data associated with your account will be permanently removed.
